Tracking calories burned

 Hi vets,
I have a question regarding tracking calories burned. When I go for a walk I use Endomondo sports tracker, this tracks my calories burned based on speed, distance, weight etc. When I ride my exercise bike, the bike gives me calories burned, and when I workout on my kinect it gives me calories the burned. I’m not sure if these calories burned are correct. And when I go for swim or lift weights I have no clue, how many calories I’ve burned.

How do you track your calories burned? I've been looking a calorie tracking/heart rate monitor watches.

Thanks for your time

I rely more on my HRM that anything else.

Yesterday the stationary bike listed about 150 cals less than my HRM. today the treadmill was off by almost 100.  A HRM with advanced calorie claculations is the best way to go.  Swiming is hard to say Daily mile lists my swims at about 900 for an hour, but you really don't realise just how much work swimming can be.  Weights are real hard as there is a carry over in calories burned as you body burns calories as it repairs and builds muscle.  Livestrong.com and Dailymile.com are 2 sites I use.

I love my Polar FT4 HRM! Just got hubby one too, They are basic but track weight, calories, HR and are super easy to use, and as far as Polar goes they have a battery you can change without sending it in Target has unadvertised sales on them right now, the FT4 is 70.99

I have a BodyMedia FIT. I like it better than a HR monitor because it gives me the total for the whole day not just when I'm exercising.
