Good yoga video or Wii app?

 I take a yoga class twice a week but would like to do it more often. I'm looking for a good video (or a Wii app) for a beginner. I want something that is more about the stretching and breathing and not meditation or philosophy; basically, no touchy-feely stuff.

Any suggestions?
