Tuesday workouts
Sloshed through a 3-mile run in the rain this morning. Hit the gym after work for a 40-minute session of back and chest weights. Then jumped on the treadmill for 12-minutes of tabatas. Got the speed up to 8.4. Tabatas are exhausting but I'm told they are one of the best ways to increase your speed. (Non-stop since November 23rd).
