 2 mile walk and 30 min Cardio class.  

Lots of 5K's, 10K's., 4 1/2 Marathons, 3 Sprint Triathlon done. 2 Olympics and my  First IRONMAN 70.3 September 2013 and First Full Marathon Dec 2013  !!!!!

Got up super early this morning, so was able to do a longer work out. 

40 minutes swimming - roughly 3/4 mile

Going to try to squeeze in 10-15 on the bike, but that may have to be tonight.  Our local Y is having their annual Y-athalon and my goal was to have the third place shirt done by this week (112/26/2).  44 days to reach 500bike/100run/10swim.

3 min warm up elliptical
10,9,8-1 reps of 4 stations - box step ups (taller box, not sure of height), pushups on bar (level 5), sumo squat lifts (24lb bar) dips (45lb bar) then 30 sec low jacks between rounds

45 minutes on the treadmill.  Hills interval setting.  Jogged the intervals without incline.  Total of 8 minutes jogging..  I'm super impressd with myself today :)
