Crossfit Check-In
Oh boy is this stuff fun!!! I am loving these workouts.
If I had to go into detail about describing it, I would say that it's old school workouts (squats, push-ups, burpees, sit-ups etc.) combined with olympic weight-lifting (thrusters, dead lifts, push press) and the training they do (medicine balls, kettle bells, etc) for a unique workout that changes every single day.
If you have any interest in doing a a fun small group workout that majorly challenges you every time (but is totally modifiable for each individual) and is coached by rad folks- check out Crossfit near you!
I can't wait to get my butt into the gym (says the former Super Morbidly Obese woman)...what a crazy world...
