Just got back from a run...it is "juicy" outside as we are in the bullseye for severe weather tonight, but it was good running weather!

first run since the goofy today (the marathon portion was exactly 2 weeks ago today).  did 7 miles easy on the treadmill, w/ negative splits :)
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

I had a great 32 minute workout on the elliptical. It's my first day back after taking about 5 days "off"

40 minutes swimming - approx 1100 yards
25 min. walk/run - day 2 of C25K

old back injury is starting to flare up, will have to keep a close eye on it this week.

Did a 2.5 mile run before church this morning. It was cool but super windy and muggy. Better than it being super hot though! My knee has been feeling good. It feels great to be running again!

3.2 miles on the treadmill in 28:38. Followed up with about 20 minutes of core work with a medicine ball.
