Any good ideas/tips on a workout plan at the gym?
Hello everyone,
Does any one have any ideas/tips for me on a work out at the gym so I can work on my muscles in the area of my chest, neck & arms? I will be going to the gym to sign up with a personal trainer/coach. The reason for all this is that, I lost a lot of weight for my VSG surgery that I had on June 8, 2010 and I had a Panniculectomy for ventral hernia repair & excess skin removal back on October 31, 2011. I have been cleared to go back to the gym as of January 1, 2012. I went back to he gym a few times this month and taking it slow & taking my time. Any good ideas would be great to help me out.
