my post seems a bit wimpy from others.. but I did 30minutes WATP video before heading to work for my 12 ovrnight shift.  I am heading back to the gym to do circuit trainign on monday b4 heading home after working sunday night

posting a day late, but better late than never.

Sat. workout - 45 min weight training with my trainer. We did shoulders, hamstrings, calves.  Can hardly lift my arms today.   Also started the C25K program with a 25 min. walk/jog.
