TGIF workouts :)

spin instructor was a no-show today, first time that has happened at this gym, so i put on my headphones and ground out 75 minutes on the spin bike.  followed up with 15 min on the stairmaster and 30 min of core work.  loving this offseason!

what did you do?
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

 Iced my achilles tendon.  A couple of days off for me.  :-/

Lots of 5K's, 10K's., 4 1/2 Marathons, 3 Sprint Triathlon done. 2 Olympics and my  First IRONMAN 70.3 September 2013 and First Full Marathon Dec 2013  !!!!!

My quads and glutes are feel totally trashed after the past couple days, and wife was up late with the baby so today is a rest day.

Planning on at least a 2000m swim and 1 spen class this weekend.

45 minutes of weight training (arms & back)
20 minutes jogging on the treadmill.

I'm trying to work up to running/jogging for longer periods of time.  Any advice?
