hump day workouts

5-mile run this morning. Finally found a use for the treadmill. This evening I started doing the tabata protocol for eight minutes. Followed up with some ab and shoulder weights.

once again not a "formal" workout but exhausting and sore muscles anyway!
- worked my new horse for over an hour, rode about 30 minutes
- built a feedbox and repaired a barn wall

I'll walk 1/2 mile tonight with my dog (nervous to go the full mile at 1am)
