The shakes

 I have the jitters/shakes real bad. I havnt got the sleeve yet. I did a lot of walking today, had a small lunch. What's with the shakes?

Could be low blood sugar.  Do you have a meter?  are you diabetic?

I used to get like that a lot while working out. I still get there every once in awhile now. Best thing I started doing was putting 25 grams of protein in a quart of water and sip it during and after my workout. I also try to eat some protein an hour before my working and eat again after my workout. I'm a type-2 diabetic.

sounds to me like you're just not eating enough, low blood sugar, the whole thing, mention this to our DR. and see what he says.
