I started the morning off with a 2.5 mile run and then lifted for an hour. Shoulders and Tri's. I teach Spin tonight and will see if there is time for another little run...

 3.6 miles this morning with the pups!  The dogs love to go with me!

Lots of 5K's, 10K's., 4 1/2 Marathons, 3 Sprint Triathlon done. 2 Olympics and my  First IRONMAN 70.3 September 2013 and First Full Marathon Dec 2013  !!!!!

then worked my new horse for 2 hours. I don't know calories or cardio effect but it sure wore me out!

finally, first workout since goofy.  went to the gym after work today and did a spin for 80 min (60 min was a class), then did strength training for a little more than a half hour (chest/tri).  will still need some time to get my mojo back.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

Had a rest day today

Since there was no workout post for yesterday, I did 45 minutes of intervals on the bike trainer followed by a 1000 meter swim
