I started the morning off with a 2.5 mile run and then lifted for an hour. Shoulders and Tri's. I teach Spin tonight and will see if there is time for another little run...

finally, first workout since goofy. went to the gym after work today and did a spin for 80 min (60 min was a class), then did strength training for a little more than a half hour (chest/tri). will still need some time to get my mojo back.
