early, cold morning 5k. My 3rd since WLS but the first where I attempted some jogging. Cut my time from 57min to 51 min and jogged a total of 9.5 minutes. I know, not marathon material or speed records... but I was thrilled! Especially since my legs felt like cinder blocks after working out with the PT on Friday
