Rest day... Looking forward to my offseason. Maintenance and strength training starting tomorrow for the next month or so.

3.2 miles on the treadmill in 29:28. It was a solid run beginning to end and felt good.

Legs are shattered.... Ran 5k in 25:40 then the brutal leg workout... 200 squats
150 lunges
50 distance jumps with deep squat
3 wall stands for 1 minute each

A little nervous for my 5:45am Spin Class on these legs that feel meat...
