Today was my own little mini Tri I guess.

1000 meters in the pool and it actually went pretty good.

20 minutes on the Hamster wheel intervals
      1 interval 4.3 mph
      2 intervals 6.3 mph
      Total of 6 sets with a cool down
      Not my best run but all things considered I will take it.

40 minute spin ~11.7 miles

SOLID Tempo Run for me today... 10 miles in 1:25:54 (8:35 pace) ... Kept the heart rate under 140bpm. Have a good one bro and GREAT job in the drink today!

 1 hour spin class..pushed it hard.  It helps when the instructor is easy on the eyes.
