Tuesday workouts

last workout before the goofy for me :)  i'm a ball of nerves right now.

4 miles on the treadmill
40 min of strength training (back/bi/shoulders)
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

I will do P90X2 arms and abs tonight.  Still scared of these workouts, but so far, I'm still alive!

For me it was PT for the leg.

Good news is my Therapist wants me to  ease back into running and see how it goes.  Looking forward to the gym tomorrow!

yep, ball of nerves.  jillian can probably confirm this, but ignorance is bliss.  this year, i KNOW the pain and suffering that are coming my way, last year i just thought i knew.

Yes, ignorance is bliss, my first marathon I was like "millions of people do this, how bad can it be?"this second marathon i KNEW it was going to hurt, I remember the pain, and hubby was doing his first, te first thing he said after he finished was "that was a lot harder than I thought it would be!".

 3.6 miles including day1 of c25k

Lots of 5K's, 10K's., 4 1/2 Marathons, 3 Sprint Triathlon done. 2 Olympics and my  First IRONMAN 70.3 September 2013 and First Full Marathon Dec 2013  !!!!!

i expect to do some PT type workout, including stim unit.  and freaking out.  and packing.
