Well it was much harder to go to the gym than it was back to bed but.

20 minutes in the pool 200m totally frustrating
60 minutes spin for 17.3 miles 
30 minutes resistance bands for the shoulder
60 minutes weights legs and core

I will be celebrating the new year on the trainer.  Thought that would be better than drinking and eating at midnight.

Hair of the Dog Run (7 miles) first thing tomorrow morning.

17.5 mile bike ride on the road, my first time riding on the road since my last tri in September, everything else before today has been on the trainer.

I ended my year doing a 5k event, the Resolution Run.

I haven't seen the official time but I did it in 28 and change, which I believe will be my new PR. Fantastic way to end the year and a great way to stay motivated into 2012!

60 minutes of drills followed by my first 100 meter swim without stopping.
15 minutes of stretching
15 minutes of hip strengthening exercises
1 mile run on treadmill (yay, no pain, but didn't want to rush or chance going longer)
