64 minutes on the bike trainer, then gave my 5 year old her first lesson in running, she run/walked half a mile, she is doing a kids running race next month. After that my husband took her on a bike ride (her first brick workout too LOL) while I did a 3.13 mile run.

At the gym, and did 15 miles at gear 12-14 in 40 minutes. Then did my PT strengthening and stretching. Felt great. Actually hip I think is starting to improve.

I just started exercising, so I'm afraid I'm no where near along as you guys!

I "ran" on the elliptical machine for 45 minutes, 2.8 miles/4.5 km, 350 cal.  I know it's not the same as running, but still gave me a "run" for my money... oh sorry....

it's all relative, all that matters is that you are moving and committing to exercise.  duration and volume come with time (if you want it to), just being active is the reward.  keep it up!
