 30 minutes cardio, hip is still killing me when I run. Even on the treadmill, but I could run through the pain if needed with some Tylenol help. And 300 yards in the pool. 100 yards of swimming and 200 yards of drills.

Hamstring is doing much better.  Therapist says we just need to rebuild the endurance of the muscle and I should be back.  Unfortunately rebuilding the endurance aspect is probably going to be the longest part of the process, but I can do it.
