nice spin class today... AE plus some serious zone 4 work
followed by 50 minutes of strength training (back/bi/shoulders)

1 mile run on a hurt hip. Testing to se if it is getting any better. I can say doesn't seem to be changing for the worse or better. 60 minutes of swimming drills. I SUCK!!! Sorry just frustration setting in about not being able to run or swim.
