Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday workouts..

Since i couldn;t find these posts I decided to start one. Need to stay accountable.

Thursday.
  3-mile run. Just a quick out and back to keep the streak alive.
Friday.
  3-mile run. Weights for a half-hour.
Saturday.
  One hour hill spin class. One mile run to and from the spin class.
Sunday.
  Six mile run. Freezing cold but finished in just over 51 minutes. Rest the rest of the day.

What have you guys been doing?

 Saturday - 40 min on the spin bike by myself. 45 min of swimming drills. I can do the swim. I got confidence. Just need to work at it.

recovering from jet-lag on friday and saturday... was able to complete my long run this morning (19 miles).
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

Friday 1 hour PT
Saturday Bike 16 miles, tested cold weather gear.  Went well. 1+15
Sunday Bike 16 miles, a bit warmer.  1+06

Thursday 4 mile run, Friday and Saturday rest days

Today ran the Jacksonville Bank Marathon, my 2nd marathon, with a PR of 3:56:29. Will write up a race report tomorrow.

Fri: Ran 2.6 miles in 20:00 & Taught 2 Spin Classes

Saturday: Taught 3 Spin Classes Back-to-Back-to-Back

Sun: Taught 1 Spin Class

Lots of Anaerobic work over the last couple weeks on the bike. Running training is about to pick up BIG time after the new year...
