Compression Shorts? Running Question.

For you runners who have either opted not to or are not able to have plastics, what do you do in warm weather for compression?  It is cold enough right now that I wear some nice compression pants (I got them used-they were probably used under foodball gear at one point  ).  They are really nice and breathe well.  I need compression pants/shorts.  There is no question about it.  I don't think I need to go into details.  LOL

We're looking at a transfer to Guantanimo Bay (GTMO) Naval Base and I have a distinct feeling that I'm going to need something a little different.  Ya think?

What are your favorites?  Thank you for any input.

I wear these http://www.runningwarehouse.com/descpageWRA-MCCSS.html

I have a lot of extra skin: saddlebags, thighs and these shorts keep everything in and they aren't too short, and have a nice zip pocket in the back. Its warm where I live so I am still running in shorts right now.
