Boredom
I'm bored, maybe I'll go troll the main board or the RnY board.
Any suggestions for a flame war hahah
How about I ate ????
or my surgery is better than yours.
I'm really looking for something original though.
See I feel better already

The first time you do something - It's going to be a personal record!
That's a good one. The whole toning thing drives me a bit batty. As does the "how do I get rid of this belly fat?" question and they don't believe you when you say ... lose more weight!
Also: starvation mode is a myth... if you are operating at a calorie deficit, you will lose weight and if you haven't lost weight in months, it's because you are eating too much, not too little.

This one I may disagree with because when I increased my workouts and added up total caloric burn including RMR I would be at 3000 cals a day burned with an in take of maybe 1000. If Calories in and Calories out math is true I should have been losing more than a pound every 2 days, which I didn't.
I think this is one area where how are bodies react to certain conditions is different for each of us.

That's not the starvation mode myth. The myth goes like this:
If you don't eat enough, you'll go into "starvation mode" and you WON'T LOSE WEIGHT!
That's just crap. If you eat at a calorie deficit, you lose weight. Due to the first law of thermodynamics which states that energy can be neither created nor distroyed. OTOH, if you burn 3000 calories and you take in 2000, the extra 1000 has to come from your body's storage. It can't magically come from no where. Just like a car that gets 25 mpg can't drive 200 miles on 4 gallons of gas.
Or, to put it in a less PC way.... no one walked out of Auschwitz obese.
However, what happens as you lower your calories is that your metabolism slows down. So you don't lose 1 pound a week for every 500 calories a day you add to your deficit. For example, if you have a 500 calorie deficit, you lose about 1 pound a week on average. If you have a 1000 pound deficit, you will probably lose slightly less than 2 pounds (instead of the 2 you'd expect) and if you have a 1500 calorie deficit, you most likely will only lose 2.25-2.5 lb per week.
But you still lose... hence the Starvation Mode Myth
Another thing that makes it all so complicated is that we're only guessing at a lot of these numbers. We guess what our BMR is. We guess how many calories we burn at exercise. We guess how many calories are in the foods we eat.
How many calories we burn a day in particular is hard to gauge. If you are insulin resistant and eat carbs, it lowers your metabolism so you burn less. If you have a few meetings on the other side of your work's campus, you can burn 100-200 calories more a day than the days you don't have any meetings and sit at your desk all day. If you've gained and lost weight a few times before, your metabolism is slower than someone who has never dieted... etc. etc.

Oh those are some good suggestions.
How about being self responsible.
Don't blame the program
Don't blame your lifes problems
Build a bridge and get over it. You are responsible for you own actions and what you eat is your fault nobody elses.
That ought to **** off a bunch of people.
