 unplanned rest day.  received a cortizone shot this morning, and taking a small dose of anti-inflam meds for a couple of days. i know the ulcer issue, but not going to stay on them long.

Sorry if I sound ignorant, but how do you teach a spin class.  I have never been to one.  I always thought it was riding a bike.  Maybe some info on it will help me with another exercise.

I am a group fitness instructor and teach indoor cycling (Spin Classes) at 24 Hour Fitness. It's a great workout and should look into it at your local gym...

Thanks, I guess what I was asking is how do you teach the bike...isn't it just riding a stationery bike.

You could just sit on a stationary bike and pedal at the same speed and intensity, or you can take a spin class and get a better work out. Check it out.
