P90X

I am starting the Lean workout on P90X and I was curious if anyone else has completed this and how were the results?

I am a P90X junkie!  I also have P90X+ and will get P90X2 for Christmas.

I credit P90X with the amazing muscle tone and stamina I now have.  I've been doing it for over 2 years now. 

I never did it "by the book"......I have other activities that I enjoy so I mix running, hiking, yoga and P90X together.  I mostly use the upper body, core/ab and cardio stuff in P90X because the running/hiking takes care of the lower half.

Have fun--it is tough.  I cried like a girl for weeks and had aches and pains in places I didn't even know have muscles!

i could not swing the extras for p90x but did go with insanity. i concur w/kim. it kicked my tail and left me hugging the trash can the first week but now i'm hooked. sooo much more flexible than before. i had always walked and done weights but these program**** every inch of your body and every muscle.
