I don't think there is any kind of exercise that will target any specific area of fat. Sorry. Certainly there are areas you can work on to increase the underlying muscles though.
A couple weeks ago my wife patted me on my back and was SHOCKED to find that I actually had shoulder bones! My back fat has really dropped.
Good Luck!

You are not going to like the answer...You'll need more weightloss. I don't know how to say it without it sounding like I am critical. The last place I packed on the weight was my back...Seemed like there was no room for it anywhere else!! The first place I started losing was in my back...I don't know why, but it was. It seems with the rapid weight loss, you lose from all areas at the same time...BUT, certain areas drop faster (grow smaller) than others. It seemed (just me) I would lose a lot in my back...Then came my stomach, then came my butt, then breasts, then stomach some more. If you lose more...The back may be the next area to drop. Core exercises couldn't hurt...you would build the muscle, but may not displace the fat...Almost like football linemen. So things like swimming and muscle toning exercises for the back area should shape up the figure...But not remove the fat per say. Brian
