Monday Workouts

New week!  For me, 45 minutes with the trainer (arms and back) and 45 minutes of cardio today and that will do it.  Hoping to leave for the trainer and NOT be summoned back to work after that.

I am not new here, but had to create a new ID because of a stalker/email/problem I had with the other board.  I used to be Scarlett.  I'll add my pics back as I feel more comfortable.
