Saturday Workouts!

I was so excited to come share my workout and there was no post yet, so I get to create it!!

Rode close to 7 miles this morning and then followed it with a 1 mile run! Wow! My first little brick and my legs felt really wobbly when I first started running, but I felt great when I was done! WOO HOO! Those biking shorts made a huge difference and were ok to run in :-)

Parked two miles from the spinning class. Ran to the class. Did the one-hour class (including two gruesome hill sets). Ran back to the car and continued the streak.

Our family ran the Jingle Bell Jog 5K for my sons school this morning. Not a PR, but an OK performance given the conditions... Good enough to win 9th overall, and my wife took 5th in the ladies division! My son Ayden (7 Years old) ran his 1 mile race in 10:03... SUPER Proud of him. and my little Ava (4 Years Old) ran her mile in under 16 minutes and took 2nd in Pre K division! It was a great day...
