Postop day 7 so back to the gym for me. Took it very easy - 20 minutes on the elliptical at a very mild resistance. Feeling good!
Did 15 min of spin (playing it safe until I am allowed!)
45 minutes weights Bi/Chest/Shoulders

Rode my bike to the coffee shop, store, and KFC. Bought 2 pieces (grilled) + a biscuit for $1.99. Also got a large green beans...Good stuff. Rode about 5 miles total. PS Beautiful weather here in California. It looks like we are going into a drought. It's sunny, no winds and in the lower 60's today...
