2 mile repeats in 8:10 and 7:58. Almost felt like a good workout! Ended with left hamstring tightness. Easy day for the next couple days.

A nice 750m swim in 21:25 (a big improvement from a couple months ago when it took me more than 30 minutes)

Followed by a BRUTAL 60 min spin class (my left calf was cramping for the last half - sucked).

In your next spin class, lower your seat one click and focus on pedaling while keeping your feet flat. People's calves typically cramp while cycling because theypoint their toes. People typically point their toes because the saddle is too high. Give it a shot and see how ya feel. Keep on rockin!!!
