Ran the finishing leg of a team relay Marathon at the California International Marathon.
What a blast and a fun way to participate in a running event.
Nice feature is they had an announcer at the run transitions and he was calling out the runners numbers as they were coming up the street. The relay people could then step into the chute from the waiting area and do the timing chip swap. It was great there was no fighting for space or trying to find your team. Just step up when they called your number.
