did an 18 mile long run this morning.  really hit the wall around mile 14, just felt terrible and had to fight myself to finish.  glad i finished, but am trying to figure out what went wrong.  nutrition and hydration were good, and i had a decent night sleep.... weird.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.
