I hobbled faster today than yesterday.  Tried stretching the hamstring out some but dang does it want to bring tears to my eyes.

none today-Bunco night!  I did finally get off my lazy butt and do upper body and abs last night.  I hate winter...as soon as it gets cold I just want to sit by the fireplace and do nothing!

 6.3 miles on the tm.  6 x 1 miles at 8-8.5 min mile pace and then walking to recover hr to under 120.  Felt STRONG.

I taught 3 incredibly brutal Spin Classes back to back to back this morning. Absolutely trashed my legs!!!

Basically a rest day, just a 2-mile run just to keep the streak going. (10 days)
