WEDNESDAY WORKOUTS!!!! HUMPDAY Y'ALL...
Taught my 5th Spin Class of the week this morning and my legs were anialated, however, me and a buddy decided to go "Brick" on the brutal trails at Sansom Park and we ran 7.65 miles with 1700' of climb!!! Legs are completely shattered... WHAT DID YOU DO TODAY>???

2 mile run on the treadmill. Shoulders/Biceps/Triceps. Went shopping to figure out my next running shoe purchase. I have narrowed it down.
