I was given the family curse of big arms.  Now that I am loosing my weight, my arms are sagging... I can wave bye twice.  Is the an exercise anyone can recommend for me to reduce the amount of bye-bye arm.  I am already lifting weights, but that seems to make it so much worse.  Thanks in advance for any and all help!

I have about 5 inches of sagging bat wings. The tops of my arms look great - love the muscle i can feel underneat. The bottom - there's no exercise in the world to save those except a long walk to a plastic surgeon.

That's what I was afraid of... Time for a consult.  Good thing Dr. Ganta has a surgeon he works with.

Most surgeons will want you to lose your weight and keep it off for a certain period of time. If it is medically necessary to remove, they may do it before then. I would wait until you have hit goal so you can reap maximum results.
