MONDAY back on the wagon workouts
I've been off ten days due to a sprain/stress fracture in my right ankle. Starting back today - with Day One of P90X. Wednesday I return to the trainer, and I'll be doing two a days, six days a week, in preparation for black belt testing fourteen weeks from now.

Tonight will be P90X upper body and abs.....gotta stay on track since the holidays are here....DO NOT want to gain during this time!!
Had an amazing, long run on Thanksgiving day! The weather was PERFECT....high 60's, breezy, low humidity...........awesome day for a run..........with Christmas music of course!!

Still on recovery. Ortho appointment at 2:45 find out how long this hamstring is gonna take to repair.

This morning I ran 10 Miles in 1:26:34, swam 2000M in 33:10, and taught my Spin Class. I am also teaching another Spin Class tonight and should round the day out with a cool 4000+ calories burned.... (Aside from my Resting Metabolic Rate which is 2100 calories) A great day!!!

Rode my bike to the coffee shop this afternoon. It was cold and a bit foggy. Had a cup of navy bean soup and some hot tea. About 5 miles total... Also raked the leaves (WOW that word is so strange from the plural for leaf) in the front yard. I weed eated earlier...Now I'll mow and blow off this afternoon. Brian
