Insanity and Zumba
So, I've started to slow down in my weightloss so I decided its time to kick things up a lot.
I went to a Zumba class earlier this week and really enjoyed the workout, but there is too many people in a small room at my gym. My solution: get the videos and just do it at home, for free! :)
Not being able to sleep last night and flicking through the channels also gave me some more motivation to start working out more. I saw an infomercial for Shaun T's Insanity, 60 day workout videos, it looked like it would work so I got those videos too.
My plan is to do both at some point every day. I've recently done a mini-reno to my basement to make it my home gym, so I now have no excuse to not work out.
I'm wondering if anyone has tried Insanity or Zumba and had good results?
