I know a lot of you out there ran half marathons and or Turkey Trots. For those of you who got out and did something today, what'd ya do??? I ran a 10k Turkey Trot and ran 50:39. Not a PR but a really fun time with friends and family...

Went for a 25 mile ride (took me 75 minutes so it was a good pace for me).

Congrats to everyone that finished their races/got up and did something!

I took a zumba gold class at the gym.  I used to be able to do the entire regular zumba class.  But due to an additional 11 lbs gained since May, I only last 30 minutes in the class (it was embarrassing).  I am days away from my surgery and I can hardly wait.  My eventual goal is a 10K and then maybe a half maraton.  But for now...little baby steps.
