Tuesday Workouts!! (and thru the weekend for me!)

Since I'm here I'll start.

Last night did P90X+ Kenpo-I'd never opened this disk......I love this Kenpo workout!  It is fast paced and is over before you know it!

Tonight I'll do abs.  Tomorrow I'll run.  Thursday I'll eat things that I shouldn't-but not too much!  Friday I'll do weights (upper body).  Saturday running again.  Sunday yoga.

I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving.  I am thankful for so many blessings in my life-one of which is this great group of friends from which I find so much support and encouragement.

I did cardio/boxing and weights tonight.

I was super excellent and got myself punched in the face. I slipped left when I should have slipped right.

Omg, I can't even remember the last time I actually posted a workout on here - though I HAVE been working out!!!

arc trainer - 20 minutes (incline 10/10, resistance 65/100)
crossramp machine - 35 minutes (switched up the resistance & inclines the whole time...)

Rode my bike to the flea market...Got a massage for $10.  About a half mile each way.  Then later I rode to the coffee shop...2.5 miles each way.  I was dressed warm...gloves, long sleeve shirt, hoodie, thermal socks, stocking cap, hat.  The coldness rips through me on the bike now...  I'm sure some of you back east as saying..."what a wimp!!  Those Californians have it so good..."  Yeah, it only got up to 66 degrees today here...OH THE HUMANITY!!
