Well this was my light run for the day. A little faster than I was thinking about doing, but I had a couple of guys right in front of me setting a good pace. Not ready to do this speed at half distance yet, but I can feel it happening sooner then later.

Took the day off.  I am in the midst of a manical pre-surgery house cleaning frenzy.

8 miles on the treadmill today because I didn't want to brave the wet and cold.

I hope for a few dry days this week.

I don't know why, but the treadmill is just so mentally draining.  I guess it's the boredom.  mp3 and tv don't do anything to eleviate it.
