I only had a chance to do a quick 4 minute workout this morning. But I do it every morning when I first wake up and right before I go to bed. Here it is:
20 jumping jacks
20 pushups
20 TaeBo situps
20 alternating dumbbell curls with 30 lb weights
20 tricep kickbacks with each arm with 15 lb weight
20 alternating horse-stance punches with 5 lb weights
I barely break a sweat but my heart rate goes up a few beats.
I just started doing this a few days ago because my living situation changed and I don't have the same space to do a full workout DVD like I used to. But I'm NOT making excuses. Doing what I can where I stand.

8 Days until My Half marathon so I am trying to go easy.
2 mile run on the dreadmill (since I started logging miles outside can I just say how much MORE I hate this machine).
