Swimming... ohh dear.

I truely believe if I can do it, so can anyone else! I used to swim with a waterproof MP3 player, but until I replace my earphones, I went back to just ear plugs.
If you just keep pushing for ten more laps, you WILL get to the point you want to be. I remember during the Summer I was pushing for a faster 500 meter - I was down from 20 minutes to 15 minutes. I kept pushing, and pushing, until I was doing 500 meters in 12 minutes. Then I decided NOT to stop every 500 meters, so I FINALLY met one goal, 5000 meters in under two hours. It happened on September 22, the LAST day of Summer. Last Friday I finally broke 6000 meters in under two hours, not bad for a month & a half...
