speed day today....

mile repeats on the treadmill, 1.0% incline.  1 mile warmup @ 8:32, 3 miles @ speed, 1-2 min rest between miles (7:16, 6:58, 6:40).  The last one nearly killed me.

60 min of strength training after the run, shoulders, back, and biceps.

Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

40 minutes of button pushing on the treadmill in an attempt to keep it interesting.
Then some stretching, still working on my achilles and my hip.  they both get really tight.  The hip withing the first mile and the achilles generally later in the day is tight.

The first time you do something - It's going to be a personal record!

Session with the trainer. Definately boxing (I love he doesn't hit back!); bi-tri-and thigh work. Then I'll do 30 minutes on the elliptical.

Was ready for a 60 minute spin at lunch but someone was on the only bike and pedaling like it was a big wheel so she could read her magazine.

Seyyled for a 1 mile run and 50 minutes weights (Bi/Chest/Shoulders)

Bill your warm up would kill me much less the last mile!

Meet with trainer tonight.  Leg work and cardio.  I'm going to beat him there tonight so I can get in some extra treadmill time.  :)
