Did 36 minutes on the stationary bike at about 88 rpm for 8 miles. Then tried the Precore 100i...made it a whole 12 minutes before my body just said "ENOUGH!" That little machine is quite tough. I went a whole half mile.

 4 mile run. Not sure what happened, but I felt like I had a faster pace then my 6.7 mile run Sunday, but the time says I didn't. BLAHHH. I know my legs were moving faster.
