Falling Colors 8k in Rock Hill NY. about 3 minutes slower than last year. Not sure how I can be getting slower. Felt like I was running great and fast, but oh well.

Bike, 1+37, 19.8 miles, 12.2 ave. First post op group ride. Pickings are getting slim as it gets colder. Either very fast or poke around. Not ready for 2+ hours very fast so I opted to stay with the slow group. Had a good time though.

First day back training after 3 days off because I was really sick. Did a nice and easy 6.25 mile run. On the way home to hubby and I stopped at the convenience store to get some muscle milk and ran into the one and only Clark Howard from HLN, was so cool to talk to him. We got our picture taken with him, he didn't mind that we were all sweaty.

i had a 13 mile LSD run scheduled... went the extra 0.1 mile to make it a half marathon on a local greenway. felt pretty good, so i did negative splits for the last 4 miles or so even though i pushed harder than i was supposed to according to my coach (it was supposed to be an aerobic run only), oh well, i'm an idiot :)
