 Alright it looks like I will start the days posting off. It was a nice easy run. Nothing spectacular, but not terrible either. They get easier every day.

Completely flaked and didn't see the 20 mile walk/run on the training calendar.  Hell, I didn't even look. OOPS.  Time to get serious!
