TGIF workouts
Sort of a rest day.
I take my boys camping in the Mountains tonight with Cub Scouts so I will have Campsites to set up and supplies to carry. Tonight and tomorrow will be filled with hiking and other activities.

3.7 mile run. Lots of trees down out here in the country. I really like living in an Urban area during storms... my boyfriend's town gets battered cuz they have trees to fall down and block roads/take down power. It is pretty though!
Read my blog, BARIATHLETE I run because I can.

I never really know if I should count this as exercise or not. Walked 5 miles during a 8 hour shift a work. Much of the time I'm sitting around...Then go for a mile walk...Then sit...Then walk a half mile with 7 flights of stairs...I'm pooped at the end of the day, but with the colder weather there is not much sweating. I know it's good for the heart. Just wish I could exercise more. I do on my off days...
