First day at the gym

RNY on 09/14/11 with
Spent 45 mins on the treadmill -walking- at 3.2 and no incline.  My legs hurt already!  Boy am I out of shape.  Enjoyed it though, it's a brand new gym with lots of great equipment.  Each treadmill has it's own tv and I can charge my ipod while listening to music at the same time.  Cool.

Congrats! I recommend logging your workouts so you can see your progress over time - it's a great feeling to look back and see how much you have improved
