Any big plans for this weekend

I have a 200k bike ride planned for this weekend.  It will probably be the last one I do for the year.  I'll be swapping over to the bike trainer after this.  Heck I may not do any more riding at all as the Disney trip is approaching fast and I need to spend more time running.

Any races or long days planned for anyone else?

i'm in the same boat for goofy training.  the bike is officially hanging in the garage not to be touched until Jan or Feb.  i have a 13 mile run this weekend planned after a quick trip to FL for my mothers 70th surprise b-day party with my son.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

Beer and Bagel run, a 4 mile very grueling off road run.  Lots of creeks, hills, mud, tree roots etc.
Then of course beer! (well, sounds good, but I wont be having any and bread goes down like concrete blocks).  But there will be lots of good company to visit with.
Then rest up for an attempt for a full marathon next weekend.

running a local hilly 8k here Saturday.  Its one of my favorites and last year I kicked butt, so we'll see how I do.  I am so behind on Goofy training its not even goofy (hee hee).  Seriously, I am relying on my IM training right now.. in the last 2 months I have ran 3 times more than 6 miles:  the Louisville IM, Pocono HIM and the 13.1 2 weeks ago...  I really need to hit it...  Gonna try and do a 16'er Sunday.. we'll see...

Yoga class on Saturday.

On Sunday, a small local gym is doing a fund raiser for the City of Hope Hospital. $10 for an hour of Zumba. I haven't tried Zumba yet so I figure what the heck. I don't know any of these people (I have 2 left feet) and it is for a good cause.

Have a great weekend.

Unfortunately no long run for me this weekend.  I have to take a bunch of cub scouts camping so there will be some hikes. I am hoping for an early morning run around the lake as the sun comes up.

I'm doing that same bike ride. But you knew that. ;)

I will probably do a few more bike rides this year but all in the 25-35 mile range. I want to go back to Spin class too. I'm also trying to move from running 3x a week to 4x and also doing two medium-long runs in a row, say 1 hour on Sat. and 2 hours on Sunday.
