60 min tempo run on the TM negative splits, 7.34 miles
45 min strength training (core/legs)
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

 I'm supposed to do a 6-mile run, but my innards are not cooperating.  :(  I might fit in a 3-mile later today.  Half-marathon coming up this Sunday, so I hope things settle down!

 10 mins on bike and some free weight arm work. 

I'm getting frustrated with the trainer I was referred to.  We were supposed to get together over the weekend and get a plan set up. I still haven't heard from him. :(

I'm thinking of starting the C25k plan on my own.  It would be good for me and the dog!
